On Tuesday June 29th, Thijs Urlings will defend his Ph.D. thesis with the title "Heuristics and metaheuristics for heavily constrained hybrid flowshop problems", supervised by Rubén Ruiz. The defense will take place at 12.00 a.m. in Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Departamento de Estadística e Investigación Operativa, building 7A (clic here for a map). Since the candidate aims for certificate of European Ph.D., the presentation will be in English.
